The 3rd and 4th Session of the Council Meeting at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages concluded and covered various topics, including presidential decrees and resolutions, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, and the implementation of decisions made by the Institute Council.

The discussions included:

- Implementation of presidential decrees, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, and decisions of the Institute Council.
- The execution of the "Regulations on the Procedure for Recruiting Employees of Higher Education Institutions Based on Competitive Selection" under the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution No. 246 of August 25, 2015.
- The current state of implementing collaborative innovation between academic and production activities at the institute, as well as shaping cooperation agreements in departments.
- Preparations for the 2023-2024 academic year.
- The status of working with public appeals at the institute.
- Implementation of collaboration events with general education schools and addressing issues related to the activities of the institute's academic lyceum and technical school.

Furthermore, during the ongoing proceedings, professors and lecturers who have achieved academic titles and degrees were recognized and honored with computers and diplomas.
