Today, July 10, a creative exam was held for applicants to the International Journalism program at the Faculty of Oriental Languages, Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages.
The creative exam was conducted in two stages by professors from the University of Journalism and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan: a written component and an interview. In the first stage, applicants chose one of five topics and wrote an essay. In the second stage, the commission members interviewed the applicants.
For the 2024-2025 academic year, a total of 134 applicants submitted their documents for the International Journalism program. Today, 105 applicants participated in the exam, while 29 did not attend.
