The meeting was attended by the institute's vice-rectors, faculty deans, and department heads. It was emphasized that both students and faculty should actively participate in the Independent Study Day held every Wednesday, that student clubs should operate regularly, and that the Information Resource Center and computer labs equipped with modern information technologies should be maintained in readiness.

Faculty members were reminded to use their time effectively, working on educational and methodological materials, and conducting scientific research alongside their primary duties. Tasks were assigned to organize meetings between the rector and students in all faculties.

The "Registrar's Office," established to address student issues promptly, ensure employment for graduates, and enhance marketing effectiveness, was discussed. Recommendations were given for its operation and document management.

Addressing issues in document management at faculty deans' offices, working with the Hemis program at departments, maintaining department rankings, and using faculty members' individual KPIs for these tasks were highlighted. Instructions were given to relevant vice-rectors and department heads to thoroughly prepare students for academic olympiads.

Discussion also covered organizing students' leisure time, ensuring the Comedy Club (QVZ) team’s participation in upcoming competitions in Surkhandarya region, improving the work of the student theater and student association, and expanding the scope of spiritual and educational activities. Future tasks in these areas were outlined.
