On September 17-19 of this year , Suzanne Gardner, a representative from Purdue University’s Rosen Center for Advanced Computing ( RCAC), visited Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages at the initiative of the Department of English Philology. 

Suzanne Gardner gave talks about Purdue University, the educational system in the United States, and the future development of cooperation between the two higher education institutions. During seminars and roundtable discussions with students of evening and day education faculties, students received answers to their questions from a foreign pedagogue.

Professors and teachers from the Faculty of English Philology and Translation Studies have expressed interest in advancing discussions toward a potential collaboration and partnership. The goal is to create joint educational programs and organize virtual meetings in cooperation with our American colleagues, fostering academic exchange and shared learning opportunities between the institutions.
