Hashem Esmail Hammam Ali, an Egyptian educator with several years of experience as an Arabic language instructor at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, met with Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov on September 5. This meeting took place as part of the launch of the new academic year across higher education institutions in our country, which began on September 4.
