Ilhomjon Tukhtasinov, rector of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, got acquainted with the life of the students living in the student dormitory and the facilities created there such as dining rooms and kitchens, recreation facilities, study rooms, and a library.
When talking with students, the rector encouraged students to regularly participate in educational processes, to be active in educational events, and to participate in scientific-practical conferences and various international and republican competitions.
